If ya know, ya know 🤷🏻‍♀️ Double tap and comment which form of burnout you’re feeling:
First dose ☑️ the only kinda shot i had for my 27th birthday 😂 But Honestly I’ve been feeling down lately; like the last 11 months are taking a toll. And while I’m sure I’m not alone, and I know I have amazing loved ones around me and am privileged to have access to so many helpful resources (including @miriambrandschulberg herself lol), there’s something about getting this first dose that has me feeling like I’m letting go of breath I didn’t know I was holding. So, with a slightly sore arm and a full heart, here’s to 27, to 2021, to everyone having access to a vaccine, and to finally getting one step closer to hugs 🤗
A little into the month already (where does time go during a pandemic?!) but dropping by the gram to celebrate #blackhistorymonth ! Beyond diversifying your feed, it’s time to put in the work. Educate ourselves on the history of systemic racism in our country (and around the world) and listening to the Black members of the diabetic community and beyond. How are you celebrating Black history month?
